What we collect

This website collects only what you choose to send us through our contact forms — typically your name, email address, optional phone number, and your message. We ask that you don’t send medical records or detailed health information through this site.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We’ve turned off Google’s advertising features and Google signals, and we never send the contents of our forms to Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to you and to improve our services. We don’t sell your information.

Clinical information

KnowBra’s public website is not a medical record system. Any clinical information is handled separately, by the systems and providers responsible for your care.
