Our approach
Knowledge first. People decide.
Post-mastectomy care is where we started. Product knowledge, education, fit guidance, and connection are how we help — for every woman whose body has changed.
What we do
Four things, done carefully.
Education
Plain-language guides to fit, recovery, and breast-health products.
Fit guidance
Help understanding what to look for and what to ask.
Connection
Linking women with fitters, providers, and programs.
Product knowledge
Organized, multi-brand information about the products that help.
KnowBra Match
In developmentDecision support for fitters — not a replacement for them.
KnowBra Match is the first tool built on our product knowledge. A fitter enters a client’s fitting needs, Match suggests appropriate product types and options across brands, and the fitter uses their expertise to recommend. It’s in development with fitters today.

Illustrative example. Match doesn’t make fitting or clinical decisions, check live inventory, or handle ordering or insurance.
What we believe
Lead with the problem, not the technology. Technology helps us organize knowledge; it doesn’t replace the people who fit, treat, and support women.
Appropriate, not just available. We focus on the products that suit a woman’s needs — not only what one store happens to stock.
Privacy by design. Our public site doesn’t collect medical records. Clinical information belongs with your care team.
Honest about what’s ready. When something is still being built, we say so.
